What is sports physiotherapy?

What techniques do our Sports Physiotherapists use?
Our physiotherapists use a number of treatment modalities such as soft and deep tissue massage, dry needling, cupping, stretches and taping to assist injury recovery.
Hydrotherapy or Clinical Pilates programs may also be suitable for some injury rehabilitation.
How do we ensure a safe return to your sport?
Our physios will make recommendations regarding a safe and appropriate return to training and sport. These recommendations are based off a number of factors including the injury history, assessment, progress, training loads sport and the expectations of performance and requirements when returning to sport. Our physios can assist individuals and guide decisions making of when it is safe to return to sport.
